Confluence Media provides its SMM Readiness Assessment as a method to diagnose the results of the Confluence Media Litmus Test. The goal is to look at the success metrics and points of failure, with the intent to design workflows that drive sales efficiencies. The Assessment formalizes the experience Confluence Media has gained over the last 3 years, and establishes a roadmap leading towards SMM best practices.
The purpose of the SMM Readiness Assessment is to identify the changes needed to bring an organization to a point where marketing is integrated and measurable, and SMM best practices are in place. This is a necessary precursor to conversions to Confluence Media recurring marketing programs.
Timeline
1-2 weeks maximum (duration dependent on the size and complexity of the organization).

- Overview of marketing strategy
- Summary of all marketing programs and channels
- Workflows and proposed process improvements
- Survey of tools in use
- Recommendations for improvements
