Eric Geslien – Founder,  and Chairman

Eric formed Confluence Media in January, 2007, with the goal of market leadership via a best-in-class approach to social media market analysis and media treatment solutions. Prior to starting Confluence, Geslien was an executive at NewGate Internet, a leading Search Marketing Agency which was acquired by iCrossing. Before NewGate, Geslien spent close to a decade in technology focused companies, specifically enterprise hardware, software, and technology services. Organizations include the creation and execution of All Point Networking, as well as a founding member of FusionStorm, LLC. Geslien has a Bachelors of Science from Cal State San Francisco and a MBA from Golden Gate University.

Matt Graney –Treasurer of the Board

Graney ran product management and services at Aragon Consulting Group, Inc., a startup in the software development tools space, which had acquired Krugle Inc., where Graney held a similar role. Before Krugle, Graney lead a team of product managers at Borland Software, Inc, and earlier, he held a range of roles from field sales to technical marketing at Telelogic (acquired by IBM). Graney began his career as a software engineer in the communications (Motorola) and defense sectors. Graney has a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Systems) from the University of Adelaide, Australia.

Christian Green – Independent Secretary of the Board

Christian Green is a software manager with 20 years of education and experience in the software and semiconductor industries, including nine years in management. He has broad-based experience in software management, including development, program management, staffing, software architecture, implementation, rollout, and quality assurance.

He presently works at NVIDIA as a customer engineering software manager for Tegra processors.  His team implements custom software solutions for customers building phones and tablets running Android.  Prior to that, he managed the development of an internal tool for writing verification tests for software models of GPUs and for confirming correct operation of GPU silicon devices.

Christian has a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
