Eric Geslien, Founder & Managing Partner
Eric Geslien formed Confluence Media in 2006 with the goal of market leadership via a best-in-class approach to program market analysis and media treatment solutions. Prior to starting Confluence, Geslien was an executive at NewGate Internet, a leading Search Marketing Agency which was acquired by iCrossing. Before NewGate, Geslien spent close to a decade in technology focused companies, specifically enterprise hardware, software, and technology services. Organizations include the creation and execution of All Point Networking, as well as a founding member of FusionStorm, Inc.
Geslien has a Bachelors of Science from Cal State San Francisco and a MBA from Golden Gate University.
Scott Wild, Vice President of Sales
Scott Wild joined Confluence Media in January of 2008, and brings with him 15 years of Senior Sales and account management experience in a variety of sectors. Prior to joining Confluence Scott operated his own Sales consulting practice, bringing Sales, management and best practices to a number of start up and young businesses in the technology and marketing sectors. Prior to running his own practice, Scott held senior sales positions with Blue Canopy, iParadigms, and Terris Technologies.
Scott has a Bachelor's of Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He is also a professional musician, and lives with his family in Oakland, CA.
Gil Latimer, Director of Word-of-Mouth
Gil Latimer brings over 10 years of online marketing experience to Confluence Media and is responsible for implementing its Word-of-Mouth marketing strategies. Previous to joining Confluence Media, Gil held the position of Senior Marketing Specialist at NewGate Internet, where he applied his expert knowledge of web-based communities to design and execute successful online grassroots and viral marketing campaigns. Past clients include Microsoft, Palm, Inc., Miramax Films, Starwood Hotels, and Abbott Laboratories.
Prior to Newgate Internet, Gil was a television Segment Producer with Videowest in San Francisco and produced feature stories for MTV, USA Cable, and The Disney Channel.
Gil has a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Psychology from Northern Illinois University.
